Abstract Requirement
▪ Theme : Revisiting the fundamentals: improving radiologist
performance in primary care
▪ Must be written in English
▪ Must be original and must not be or have been published at any
other meeting prior to this meeting
▪ Abstract title is limited to 20 words in UPPERCASE
▪ Author and co-author names should be written by first name and
followed by family name in upper and lower case (e.g M. Supriadi)
▪ The name of institution is typed and identified by superscripts, eg M.
Supriadi1; Department of Radiology1
▪ Abstract should be in MS-Word format, on A4 paper, Times New
Roman font, size 12, and main text should not exceed 300 words.

▪ Abstract text should be divided into five elements, clearly labeled
in UPPER CASE :

▪ A minimum of 3 keywords must be provided

Abstract Submission
▪ Please send the abstract file through attachment via email
to sekretariatpit.pdsri2023@gmail.com no later than 4
June 2023
▪ The file name should be:
□ First author_Free Paper Abstract → for free paper
□ First author_Poster Abstract → for poster
▪ Selected abstracts will be acknowledged by email reply to
the corresponding email address on 18 June 2023
▪ Posters should be submitted during onsite registration
▪ The best poster & paper presented will be rewarded.

Long Abstract Submission
▪ Selected free paper participants (optional for
poster participants) should submit a long abstract
in order to be included in the e-proceeding, no
later than 2 July 2023 via
sekretariatpit.pdsri2023@gmail.com
▪ Article should be written in English, no more than
4 pages (including references). It must be type in
Microsoft Word, using the template that will be
provided to each participant. 7
Long Abstract Submission
▪ A properly submitted long abstract for case report / research /
literature review will include the following elements:

▪ Images could be included in the long abstract

Free Paper Presentation
▪ Duration of each presentation is 5 minutes and 2
minutes for discussion.
▪ Please prepare the presentation as power point slides.
First page should contain title of the study, authors and
affiliations and reachable email contact.
▪ The topic may be presented through text, supplemented
by charts, descriptive material, graphs, pictures, etc.
▪ The displays should not show images or markings that
could identify the patient.

▪ The presentation body should consist of:

▪ Presentation slides should be collected via email to the
committee no later than 16 July 2023. 10
Poster Presentation
▪ Prepare the poster in either PowerPoint slide format (.pptx) or
Photoshop file format (.psd), in portrait orientation, with a size of A0
(84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) and a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
▪ The poster should be written in English and include the title of the
study, authors and affiliations, and a reachable email contact.
▪ Texts should use the Arial, Calibri, or Tahoma font family, with a
recommended font size of at least 24 for the main body text and 48
for headings and titles.
▪ The poster should not display any images or markings that could
identify the patient.
▪ The topic may be presented through text supplemented by charts,
descriptive material, graphs, pictures, and so on.
