Instructions:
1. The student should record his/her food intake and take a selfie shot together with the food the whole day of
(Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday).
2. The personal food log has to be submitted a week after the log to the Google Classroom.
3. The students will be graded based on the following standards:
