of Davao City, do hereby appoint, name and constitute FRANZ JOSEPH GARCIA AND RALFH JAMES
GERSALINA, likewise, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Davao City, Philippines as my true and lawful
Attorney’s In-Fact, to act for me and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts and things,
to wit:

 To represent, transact, process, negotiate, follow-up, sign, pay, claim, receive and in our behalf
in the Office of the City Assessor/ Treasurer, BIR, DAR, Registry of Deed and other government
and/or private offices in relation to the settlement of estate tax, capital gains tax, document
stamp taxes, and other fess related to the transfer of 7and receive documents from the
aforesaid entities.

 To do other acts and things necessary to carry out for the attainment of the purpose of which I
have issued this Special Power of Attorney;

execute and to perform every act necessary to render effective the foregoing power, as though I myself
