MOBILE JOURNALISM: For 2023, mobile journalism
will be introduced in concurrent session. Each
region shall identify ten (10) secondary campus
journalists, five (5) in English and five (5) in Filipino,
and ten (10) school paper advisers, who are all
official delegates to attend the session. It will be
an added category in subsequent years.

- point-and-shoot with a maximum of 24.3
megapixels with fixed lenses.
- submit empty memory cards and cameras to
be checked a day before the program
- Contestants shall load the empty storage
card in front of the examiner.
- 1 hour to take pictures
- 30 minutes for the caption
