Motivation theory is the study of
understanding what drives a person to
work towards a particular goal or outcome.
IN BUSINESS
Motivational Theorists are people
that work on theorising methods of
motivation in a person's workplace.
And how it can be improved.

ABRAHAM MASLOW FREDERICK HERZBERG


Abraham Harold Maslow was an American Frederick Irving Herzberg was an American
psychologist who created Maslow's hierarchy of psychologist who became one of the most
needs, a theory of psychological health predicated influential names in business management. He is
on fulfilling innate human needs in priority, most famous for introducing job enrichment and
culminating in self-actualization. the Motivator-Hygiene theory.
SELF- ACTUALISATION
