1. Ellie is a 50 years old business man and he doesn’t know how to use any basic
hardware and software devices, but he is willing to learn. That’s why he asked
his son to teach him.

The Entrepreneurial Skill Ellie need is Computer Competency and the

Entrepreneurial Competencies shown are Risk Taking and Willingness to Learn
because he doesn’t know how to use any basic hardware and software devices
but despite of that he wants to learn and he is willing to take risk in order to
make his business updated and make a collaboration to other business.

2. Monica is patient and understanding when it comes to her employees and she
always prioritized them because she believes that her employee is the key of the
success of her business.

The Entrepreneurial Competencies shown are Integrity, Locus of Control and

Interpersonal Skill because Monica is a patient and understanding person she
have a strong moral principles that’s why she always prioritized her employee
and she knows how to communicate to others and she also know how take in
charge on her business. These Competencies will help to run her business
smoothly and efficiently.
