THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

-Do managers lead, and leaders manage?

Retrieved from: https://culcdaphne.wordpress.com/2018/03/26/blog-3-most-effective-leadership-management-style-approaches/

MANAGER is a specific role; LEADERSHIP is a skill.

MANAGER is a job; LEADERSHIP is a quality.
MANAGER title can be taken away; LEADERSHIP is not.
A Leader does not need to become a manager to lead, but to become a great manager
you must be a good leader.
