Found Broken Wire sling due to fatigue and continued of use, and Safety Latch not installed
Any other observations or recommendations not affecting the safe use of the equipment:
YES, Please change wire slings with dia. 10mm, install safety latch and make sure limit switch and hoist
brake in a good condition

• Reduction wire sling diameter more than 5 %
• Load limiter not installed
• alarm for travelling not installed

Any other observations or recommendations not affecting the safe use of the equipment:
YES, Please quarantine the crane and shall do repair of the finding, install safety latch and make sure all
limiters are installed, replace wire sling hoist and use correct wire clip/swaged socket for wire
installation
