SERIES OF 2022

“A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED

POULTRY AND PIGGERY PROJECT OF ABBA BLESS AGRI FARM
CORPORATION ON THE PARCEL LAND LOCATED WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL
JURISDICTION OF BARANGAY DEL PILAR, MUNICIPALITY OF MABINI,
PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO”.

WHEREAS, the Local Government of Mabini recognizes the prime role of investments in
the development of the economy in the municipality and their essentials in providing avenue of
employment, social services, health and safety, enhancement of small and medium enterprises in the
locality, culture enrichment, technological development and promotion of peace and values among its
constituents;
WHEREAS, one of the identified problems in our area is poverty due to lack of
employment opportunities and absence of business investors;
WHEREAS, the ABBA BLESS AGRI FARM CORPORATION signifies its intention to be
one of the major partners in the socio-economic development endeavors especially in the poverty
alleviation program of the Municipal Government of Mabini;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Local Government Unit of Del Pilar adhering to the same
vision of economic development herby manifest its support for the proposed POULTRY AND PIGGERY
PROJECT OF THE ABBA BLESS AGRI FARM CORPORATION within the Municipality of Mabini;

THEREFORE, RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT, the Barangay Local

Government Unit of Del Pilar interposes no objection to the proposed POULTRY AND PIGGERY
PROJECT OF THE ABBA BLESS AGRI FARM CORPORATION within the territorial jurisdiction of
Barangay Del Pilar, Municipality of Mabini, Davao De Oro;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this Barangay resolution be furnished to the HON.
REYNALDO L. DAYANGHIRANG, Municipal Mayor; HON. HALIMA B. MUÑOZ, Municipal Vice-Mayor;
ALL MEMBERS OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN and to all head of offices, line agencies and
concerned individuals for their information and guidance.
