JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF ALEXIA MONTEMAYOR

PURPOSE
The testimony of the witness is being offered to prove:
1. That Eliza and Alexia were high school best friends in an exclusive all-
girls high school institution. During their last year in high school, Eliza
confronted Alexia that she has feelings for the latter. Acknowledging
the same, Alexia agreed to have a romantic relationship with Eliza;
2. That romantic relationship lasted for three (3) years. They separated
ways due to Eliza cheating on Alexia for another person; and
3. That Eliza is a homosexual who had a previous relationship with Alexia.

I, Alexia Montemayor, a Filipino, single, of legal age, with residence at

Blk. 123 Lot 34, Cityville Subdivision, Brgy. Tandang Sora, Quezon City, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state
that:
I am the former girlfriend of Eliza C. Rivera, engaged by the plaintiff in
this case.

 In relation to the above-entitled case, the person examining me is the
counsel, Atty. Hercea Chu, with principal office located at 95 P. Tuazon, Jade
Pacific Tower, Quezon City. The examination is being held at the same
address. The counsel asked me questions which questions I answered, fully
conscious that I did so under oath and that I may face perjury and any other
criminal liability for false testimony.
The questions asked by Atty. Chu and the answers I gave are as follows,
to wit:
