Extra-curricular activities

We are going to organize extra-curricular l activities in the form of master class which will be
open to all the people who become members of the society or subscribe to our services .
We will collaborate with different therapist who can help people through these extra-
curricular activities.
Extra-curricular activities are activities which lies outside of a person’s usual routine and
these activities can help the people to develop friendships and reduce anxiety and stress
and also help them find themselves.
We will have a masterclass in every 15 days

We have planned to organize the following extracurricular activities

1. Art Therapy:
Art therapy is the use of artistic methods to treat psychological disorders and
improve mental health. Art therapy is a technique based on the notion that creative
expression can promote healing and mental health.
Art therapy's goal is to use the creative process to help people explore self-
expression and, as a result, discover new ways to gain personal insight and develop
new coping skills.
Art is used to help people explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with
stress, boost self-esteem, and practice social skills.

2. Dance
Dance is a form of self-expression and it can also help people by increasing strength,
improving flexibility, boosting coordination.
It can also lead to improve health benefits including stress reduction and symptom relief
from anxiety and depression. Mirroring is a technique used by dance therapists that involves
mimicking the movements of another person. It can help people feel more connected to
others and develop feelings of empathy.

Picnics

Through picnics we can invite people to come together and bond with each other and with
this people can also find new people to talk to like strangers as we know people sometimes
are not comfortable in talking to ppl they know because they will they can be judged so in
these picnics we can provide a safe space for people to talk to each other and maybe they
can also find people who are going through something similar .

Yoga

Yoga is already known for calmness and reduce stress and with these sessions we can urge
people to introduce healthy habits in their routine and also motivate them to take care of
their body and mind as yoga also helps you to connect with your mind and let your body
feel free .
Yoga increases the amount of feel good chemicals in our body and help in reducing stress
and anxiety .
