Airside
Ensure Cones and LOC chain are placed
Before aligning the Equipment
Welcome mat to be removed after Boarding is complete
Ensure all airside personnel have deplaned before informing crew to close door

Timely FOD check to be carried out


(Pre-arrival, Pre-departure & Post departure of Aircraft)

While Handling PRM Passenger, Ensure :


• Passenger fasten seat belt
• 02 Helpers assist customer on inclined surface / slope

Flight Manager / Skipper

• Verify 2 inch gap is maintained and Final loading Images to be captured


• Stanchion Rod and Compartment / Door side nets are locked & secured
• Orientation to be followed for Special Load (PER, HUM etc,.)
• Cargo not to be loaded with unsuitable packaging (Damage/Protruding edge) to
avoid damage to Aircraft Holds/Panels

Load sheet to be verified before submission by Flight manager/Load officer on:


• Distribution of Dead load as per LIR
• Update LDM for Special Load & NOTOC to be shared with PIC
• Ensure Pax and Crew count is verified before submitting the Load Sheet

Re-verify Final passenger count during LMC with Gate manager and provide
updated manifest to the lead crew

Beacon light of GSE/V shall be switched on while connected to aircraft,


servicing an aircraft

Ensure Safe gap is maintained and all Lock and Jacks are secured
when equipment is aligned to the aircraft
Verify with gate staff about No. of Coach and validate with Coach slip
Verify Trolley slip and Baggage count with BMA

Personal Safety
Ensure to secure trolley by placing tow handle
perpendicular and use locking mechanism

Always stay at a safe distance from moving vehicles/equipment


Always give clearance from a safe distance to avoid personnel
Injuries

Terminal

• Infant to be assigned seats on infant designated rows only.

• Age criteria and physical, Mental health to be monitored for the


customer before assigning OWE seats.
• Blank boarding pass and baggage tags to be torn and discarded
and not to be left at Check-in counters or Boarding gates

• Customers to be asked mandatory questions regarding DG carriage


at check-in counters.

GNS drill to be proactively initiated and revised count to be shared with


specific details to Flight Manager / Skipper via call and seek
acknowledgment
