1. As a future nurse leader:
a) Who are the sources of your motivation and why? - I am inspired by a couple of different things in particular. The first is my personal desire to succeed and make a difference in the world. I believe that everyone has the potential to be successful and to positively impact their communities and the wider world. Another source of motivation for me is my loved ones and companions. They encourage me to be the best version of myself and support me in my goals. Additionally, they provide people with a sense of community and belonging, both of which are crucial for overall wellness. b) How do you initiate or mold yourself to become best? - I shape myself to be the greatest by remaining focused and diligent. Being successful requires a strong sense of discipline. Being devoted to one's goals and having a strong work ethic are essential for achieving one's best. c) What are the innovative strategy in order to be excellent in your chosen field? - I believe that in order to thrive in my chosen industry, you need to employ three tactics. The utilization of patient data will enable you to make educated and precise decisions regarding the patient's health, which is the first benefit of data-driven decision-making. The second is offering patients personalized treatment based on their preferences and requirements; this entails collaborating with patients to develop a care plan that is tailored to their needs. Finally, always developing knowledge and abilities to better care for the patient. 2. Based on what you answer in number 1, create a 5-10 years vision of yourself and for your future? - I hope to become a registered nurse and work in a public hospital in 5-10 years, serving people and assisting those in need. Within the hospital, I will oversee a department and foster a culture of constant development and innovation. My goal is to establish a work atmosphere that is both safe and supportive. 3. Based on self-awareness what leadership styles would you like to manifest to yourself? - The democratic leadership style is one that I would like to implement into myself because I desire a working atmosphere that is fair to all employees. It promotes team development and involvement, which is essential for team management so that they can understand one other while working.
