1. Create a brochure consisting ideas on how to stay mentally healthy during adolescence.
2. Turn in the file (your brochure) together with your activity sheet.

Reflection:
Being mentally healthy is quite a challenge for us teenagers because we are prone to
overthinking and stress. But, doing this brochure made me realize that there is always a way to help
ourselves to cope and stay mentally healthy. I hope I will be able to apply these tips in the brochure
consistently to help me in the long run.
