The original product was a Harbor Freight Ultra-Bright Portable LED worklight with one button to control the two lights. Ideas for extending the worklight included adding individual buttons and switches to adjust brightness, adding a UV light, tripod, and swing-style hook. The 3D Fusion 360 model scaled up the worklight slightly and added two potentiometers and one master switch to control the lights individually while keeping the original lighting features.

Freight Ultra-Bright Portable LED worklight. One button controlled both of the lights, to change which light was on you pressed the button, and to turn it off you pressed the button again. The light was very bright and could not be adjusted. Under the worklight was a hook to hang it onto objects. Ideas: extending the worklight, adding individual buttons and switches for adjusting the brightness of the lights, adding a UV light, tripod, swingstyle hook, and relocating the batteries and magnets. One problem we noticed was that the red and white wires touched and had melted, but still worked well. 3.0” Fusion 360 Design This is our 3D model made in the Fusion 5.0” 360 software. Our design features 3 switched (2 potentiometers, and 1 0.55” master switch) It is scaled up slightly for both ergonomics and switch placement. We are keeping the original lighting features with the dimmer switch improved on it. We also originally planned for a tripod system, and a swivel lighting feature.
