OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE

Operation Procedures :

Forage Chopper- is used for silage, in making feeds to the lifestock.

Our Forage Chopper has 3 different size option of the out-put.


 Left – half inch size
 Middle – ¾ inch size
 Right – 1 inch size

Blade stick- used for running the blade, once you start the engine, you
slowly push it down to start also the blade.

1. Before you start the engine, put the accelerator in the middle and
tighten it’.
2. To start the engine pull the starter slowly until you feel resistance
then push down the switch, and pull it all the way to start the
engine.
3. Start to move down the blade stick and put the forage inside.
4. To turn off. Just loosen up the accelerator and it would just stop.

For maintenance:
 After you purchase, change the motor oil after using 20hrs then
changed motor oil.
 to check the motor oil, open the cup as you can see it on the hole
upon checking if its already dirty its time to change, after change the
oil for 20 hours break -in it’s recommended to check your motor oil
monthly, but the best practice is to check it every after use.
 Also make sure you don’t empty out the diesel’s oil. You can see it
from the hole if it’s already running empty fill them up
