I had a great weekend. On Friday afternoons, I finish work at 5:00 pm, then go home and take
a shower. Then I went to visit some friends of mine in a downtown bar.
We had a few beers and had a good chat.

Tom tells us about his new job, Jim tells us about his new girlfriend. After a while, we went to
a restaurant to eat pizza. I slept late that night, but I was happy.

I went for a run in the park on Saturday morning. I ran 5 kilometers and went home. After
that, I have lunch with my girlfriend. We went to a Thai restaurant near my house. I love Thai
food!
My girlfriend and I had a sleepover, watching TV on the couch.

The next day I got up and took the train to my parents' city. I usually visit my parents on
Sundays, at least twice a month.

My mom usually makes a barbecue and after lunch we go for a walk in the park or in the
fields. However, this weekend is a little different. Since it was my birthday, my parents invited
me to lunch. After lunch we took a walk (as always) and I caught the train back to London.
