Complaint letter (Case 2).

Dear Sir/Madam.
I hereby want you to know that the electronic kitchen scales, which I have
bought from your company, are out of order. Introduction
I have received this product from the online store platform, which is named
Amazon, with its guarantee card. However, when I opened the package and started
to use them, the scales did not work properly, to be clear, they were unable to show
the correct mass of food.
Moreover, although the seller mentioned that the product would be delivered
and received within a fortnight, I got the kitchen scales in a month with a minor
defect.
As you can imagine, I am really annoyed. Being a local customer who has
bought several expensive goods from your online shop, I have never experienced
such issues in earlier sales. I am hoping that you can deliver a replacement product
to me within two days.
I enclose this letter with a copy of the guaranteed card. Thank you in
