Prevention and Control Measures

Before climbing the pole, the workers working at height should check the signs and marks of
the poles and towers. If the signs and marks are not clear, they should report to the work leader and
climb after confirmation;

Prevention and Control Measures

When the vehicle ladder is placed on the track bed or shoulder or the operator works beyond the scope of the
workbench, the operator shall tie the safety belt on the contact net instead of on the frame of the vehicle ladder
workbench. When the car ladder is pushed on the ground, no one is allowed to stay on the workbench;

When working at height, the workers must fasten the safety belt in a safe and reliable place. Before fastening,
they should carefully check the fastening place to prevent the safety belt from being damaged by sharp objects. It is
forbidden to hang the safety belt low and use it high;

Before moving, the ladder car and operation vehicle shall follow the command of the personnel on the
workbench, and the personnel and machines and tools can be moved only when they are in a safe position. Attention
