Reflection:
In this research we really discovered the great community resources and support services that
exist near us. We also found that there are many activities that we can participate in. Regular
participation in a nearby park or community organization will greatly increase residents'
happiness and social interest. With the pace of life getting faster and faster, we should improve
our lives and maintain our physical and mental health through sports, healthy eating and
community activities. We're in a great environment, with parks and waterfalls nearby, and there's
a lot more to do in Toronto, which is good for us. We feel that sports, healthy eating and
community activities are very mature in our area, and Toronto is the fourth most well-equipped
city in the world. Among the community resources and services we've found are free services
and fee-based services, and if the fee-based services bring down the price, so much the better.
This will allow more people to enjoy a better quality of life.
