thereunder written in favour of the Donee for his/her permanent rehabilitation and

Whereas during execution of the said indenture, which is hereinafter referred

to as the Principal Deed, the following mistakes and inaccuracies have
accidentally and inadvertently crept in the said Principal Deed which
required rectification.

And

Whereas the Donees(s) requested the Donor to rectify those mistakes and
inaccuracies to convey the title flawlessly and correctly to him/her/them as
required under the law and the Donor has agreed to rectify those mistakes
hereinafter appearing. NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that the
Principal Deed shall be rectified and corrected in the following manner,
namely :-

a) In the Schedule to lay out plot which compromised in the Mouza

has not been correctly written and described which should be substituted and
