very easy to follow. However, the hardest part comprises the chapter when
Habibie explains the technicalities of projects and achievements in his restless
work during his attachment to the Development Cabinet (in chapter 17 to 30). I
had to read several times to understand his thinking, but I found it very
interesting. I am quite impressed by Habibie’s writing style. He positions
himself as the subject as if he was sitting in front of me while I was listening to
him.
The book has now been translated into English, Dutch, and German, and shortly
will be in Japanese. The moral of the story emphasizes that it is very important
to focus on our life’s goals. Be passionate about what we do, and love our
country, and that support from family and true eternal love is important. All in
all, Habibie-Ainun’s love story is more romantic that Romeo-Juliet’s love story.
The tale of Romeo and Juliet was fictional, but habibie and Ainun’s story is real.
