Committee, the Auditor and I will audit the accounts of the
Parishes and institutions as per the schedule given below. Kindly
keep ready the necessary bills and vouchers updated. Prior
intimation, however, will be given to you about our visit.

only. For audit purpose, the bills dated prior to three month period
will not be accepted.

 The  amount for  the exonerated  masses and  the medical  bills

submitted by the priests will be entered in the individual priest's

account maintained at the procurator's office.
 The viatique amount will be entered once in six months i.e., at
the end of March and September every year in the individual
priest's account at the procurator's office.
 On  request  from the  individual  priest,  the amount  will,  based
on the availability of funds, be sent to their bank account.
 Diocesan Collections and other Contributions:
 Please pay the Diocesan Collections, Salary of teaching priests,
Mass Intentions, Slab, Shop/Community hall rent etc. only by
cheque drawn in the name of "The Kumbakonam Diocese
Society" or wire transfer to the Bank Account given below.
  Those who have not yet giv en SLAB for the period
2020-2021 and 2021-2022 are requested to send the same to
the Bank Account given below as soon as possible.
 Cash transaction IS NOT ENCOURAGED.
