Therapeutic modality
- It is a program where in the client is a drug addict, alcoholic, stealing or any anti-social
tendencies. It is used by the Bureau of jail management and penology to help the PDLs
to improve their thinking in order for the client to fix their behaviour
- It is a tool that the administration uses in order to prepare the clients for their
reintegration to the community so that when the client will go back to the community
they will become a truth full and productive person.

Therapeutic modality Programs:

 Individual and Group counselling

This program the clients will be assisted to sort out their problems to identify the solutions,
reconcile conflicts and help to resolve them. This could be done either by individual or group
together with the officers of the agency.
 Moral, Spiritual, Values formation

These rehabilitative programs include any seminars, lectures, or trainings that the Agency
provides or organizes. The activities are facilitated by active NGOs, educational
institutions, civic associations, and religious organizations.

 Vocational/Livelihood and Skills Training

To assist the clients in generating additional revenue, the program includes the
organization of seminars and skill-training programs in areas such as food preservation and
processing, candle making, novelty item and handicraft creation, etc. Through
collaboration with neighbourhood barangays, parish centers, schools, and civic groups,
students can also enrol in vocational and technical trade classes in fields like refrigeration,
automotive mechanics, radio/television and electronics repairs, tailoring, dressmaking, and
basic computer training, among others.
 Health, Mental and Medical Services

Medical missions are set up to offer a variety of medical and health services, such
as physical examinations and treatment, free medications and vitamins, dental
examinations and treatment, drug dependency tests, and laboratory
examinations, to clients and their families in order to meet some of their most
basic needs.

 Literacy and Education

Clients can take adult education classes to master the fundamentals of writing, reading,
and math in conjunction with LGU programs. The module also includes any literacy
teach-ins that occur during client sessions. This is specifically designed to assist
customers who are "no read, no write" in becoming functionally literate.
 Sports and Physical Fitness

To improve clients' physical well-being, physical-demanding activities like sports, games, and group
play are undertaken. A delightful and healthy break is provided by the cordial rivalry of the officers
and clients from the many offices of the sectors
