LEASE AGREEMENT

PARTIES

This Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Date], (the "Effective Date"), by and

notice.

Tenant's Use: The Tenant shall use the Property for residential purposes only and shall not
sublease without written consent from the Landlord.

PETS

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the Property without prior written approval from the Landlord.

NOTICE

Notice: Either party must provide written notice of their intent to terminate this lease at least 30
days before the intended termination date.

REPAIRS

Repairs: The Landlord is responsible for major repairs, while the Tenant is responsible for minor
repairs and maintenance.

DEFAULT AND EVICTION

Default: Failure to pay rent or any breach of this Agreement may result in eviction proceedings.

GOVERNING LAW

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
