That AIRAH CONSTRUCTION, a duly registered Single Proprietor and duly registered under
Philippines Laws with permanent address at T.V. Juliano Street, San Vicente, Barangay Rosary Heights I,
Cotabato City, Region XII, herein represented, Proprietor/General Manager, of legal age, Filipino,
married, hereunder, NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, of legal age, Filipino, married and residing at
Lot 23 Blk 16 Hillside Subdivision, Lanang District, Davao City, to be my True and Lawful Attorney-
In-Fact for me in my name, place, and stead for use and benefits to do and perform the following acts,
to wit:

1. To represent, negotiate, transact, and deal with any personnel of DPWH – Regional Office
XI at R. Magsaysay Avenue, Davao City.
2. To sign any pertinent documents relative thereto by virtue hereof in our name, place and stead
except to sign any contract of agreement;
3. To comply with any and any all requirements as maybe required by any personnel of DPWH –
Regional Office XI at R. Magsaysay Avenue, Davao City, as a matter of policy and
guidelines for any purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said Attorney-In-Fact, full power and authority to do
and perform every acts and things whatsoever requisites and necessary to be done in about the
promises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally presents, hereby
ratifying and confirming all that out said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or caused to be done by virtue
to this present.
