Arrival of the Guest

B: Good Morning Ma’am/Sir! Welcome to Paradise Hotel, my name is Mariane Vistro and I will
be your butler during your whole stay.. Let me help you with your luggage Ma’am/Sir.

After checking – in
Carry the guest’s luggage and escort to the room
B: Ma’am/Sir, let me escort you to your room. This way please.
B: Is it your first time in our hotel Ma’am/Sir? How was your trip? Before we arrive to your room,
allow me to introduce the facilities that our hotel have.
B: First we have a Restaurants located at the lobby level they are open 24/7. We also have
Café and Business Center that is also located in the Lobby level. Our meeting rooms are
located on the 2nd floor while the swimming pool, spa and fitness center are on the 5th floor. Let
us know if you want to try those facilities and we will make reservations for you.
Lastly, if you want to unwind and take a walk, we have a mini park in front of the hotel.

Upon arriving at the guest room

B: Ma’am/Sir, Your door is already open, after you please.

After entering the room

B: Here’s your key Ma’am/Sir
B: Where do you want me to put your luggage Ma’am/Sir?
B: Ma’am/Sir, May I take few of your time to explain some of features of your room?
B: You have safety deposit box inside the closet. It functions with 4-digit password, self-
programmed, very convenient to use.
B: The room is equipped with eco-friendly air conditioner. This is the Air-con Control Panel; you
may adjust your room temperature according to your preference. Are you comfortable with the
current temperature of your room Ma’am/Sir
B: There’s also a smart television, the remote control is on the table.
B: your room also have a mini bar, if you want to consume snacks/drinks, don’t forget to fill the
mini bar list.
B: One of the most useful features of your room is the broadband data port, which provides you
with complimentary high-speed Internet access.
B: The Telephone is on the night table. To make an outgoing call, press 0 for operation
assistance, 1 for housekeeping, 2 for laundry, and 3 for room service.
B: Lastly, this is your bathroom, which has both bathtub and shower stall, which features a
rainforest showerhead. The red button is for hot water and blue for cold water

Unpacking of clothes

After unpacking
