What will you do to assist your mentor in setting up a conducive learning environment in
the following conditions:
Notice
Learning Environment 1:
• What have you noticed of the display in the class bulletin board? What message or theme
does it convey?
The display in the classroom bulletin board where announcements are posted. The theme
that it conveys is to "inform" the students in the class about their achievements, activities
that they need to do, and other information about the class.
Craft materials, for example, cartolina and uncommon papers, are being used by students
to increase their interest. There are many students who use covering, which is extremely
beneficial because their covering is visible to the students. They arrange curious and

learned subjects in a way that can stimulate their minds and curiosity, such as in the field
of sciences.
The goal is to educate students about subjects and their various activities in school. How?
By storing data that is not addressed by instructors and is easily accessible to each student
Learning Environment 2:
• If the teacher is using a distance delivery of learning through the modules, where is most
likely the learning space of the students?
Most students study in the comfort of their own homes, but a few are outside the boulevards
due to the need for signals for their web, and a few are in computer shops.
Our home must be conducive to learning; it must be a good place to study and free of
distractions such as noise that can interfere with the learners' focus.
• How can you as a teacher help to make such an environment conducive for learning?
I will always make it a point to have a plan where everyone goes to the online class because
a few are not fortunate enough to have the assets and get it their shortcomings because of
their accessible resources.

Analyze
The examples above, describe two contrasting situations. The first shows that the learners
are in the same room or space while in the second, the learners maybe in different learning spaces
like homes, study hubs or in extreme cases parks or under the trees
As a teacher, in which of the two situations would you prefer to manage learning? Choose
between Learning Environment 1 or Learning Environment 2.
If the school is using online remove learning methodology, I will need to find a video
conference tool that will allow me to communicate with my students. Of course, I would
choose Learning Environment 1, but due to the circumstances and implementation of
modern standards within the curriculum, I must choose Learning Environment 2.
Reflect
Online classrooms have obvious limitations, but they also provide a virtual portal to
unused learning opportunities. Learning encounters are more open, intuitive, and, dare we
say, curiously set out than they have ever been. It requires an advanced mentality, the
appropriate devices, and a laser-like center.

OBSERVE
What probable problem may result from the two situations of the learning environment?
REFLECT
When a comfortable space and clear standards are formed and encouraged, students are
inspired to behave ethically and support one another. In the classroom, educators must place a
significant emphasis on intrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivators can also help students
understand classroom goals and intrinsic motivation.
PLAN
They can ask for assistance through group or personal messages, and I will assist them as
long as I know how to solve the problem. I should stick to my plans and carry out my actions in
the best way possible to assist my students, because we are trained to be adaptable in any situation.
