RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE PETER M. UNABIA,

GOVERNOR OF THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, FOR FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE THROUGH LOAN UNDER THE EO NO. 43-2022 OR PMU-LEAP.
