Mrs. Quitola requested for a modular type of learning instead of a face to face class
for the third year English major students because of a time conflict. The school already
provided a time for the teachers of Isabela Colleges, Inc. to follow but, Mrs. Quitola didn’t
follow the time given and decided to give the mentioned students a modular type of learning.
The third year English major students of the Isabela State University is demanding for
a face to face class instead of the modular way. The students are willing to follow the time
given for the teachers and students to meet.
