PREFACE

The author of this portfolio is a grade 12 humss student at

Assumption Academy of Mayoyao, has big dreams in life, a responsible
student, and a brave girl. Hope that someday she will achieve her
dreams and goals for life no matter what challenges and problems
come, there is resolution.
This portfolio was created in order to introduce myself and
provide details about my personal background, education and learning.
It also contains a number of documents regarding to my activities on
Creative Non-Fiction, Com-Eng, and Trends. Regarding to the activities,
it is a collection of my best efforts.
Choosing the best artifacts is not easy because every activity has a
story but I choose the best activity that has impact and special to me
whether it is high scores or low scores.
Finishing this portfolio leaves a satisfying feeling. It was not purely
created for the sake of submitting requirements but also for the love of
holding diploma with a price that something was achieved.
