    During my surprise round on 15th April 2023. I was shocked to note that you were sleeping during
    working hours. On my routine enquiry the manager reported me that you have been neglecting your
    duties.

    You have been hereby warned no to do the same. If you are caught sleeping again action will be initiated
    by the management.
