Leak Test Volume for Leak Test Boundaries identified
Boundaries and Basis

Inlet line from 6-inch DBB to separator, separator liquids outlet valves to surge tank, surge tank liquids outlet valve to surge
pumps, surge pump outlet valve to ATM tanks suction valve, ATM tank discharge valve (and transfer line) to pumps suction
valve and pump outlet valve to FM-04 are tested with water (BBLS). See attached PIDs for identification of boundaries.

Vents from Separator and Surge to isolation valve at scrubber is tested with N2 (SCF). Leak test pressure used is 225 psig
identified in SOP for 150# piping. This pressure is used to calculate volume of N2 required to leak test the vents
Nitrogen Requirements
Boundaries and Basis
Startup after maintenance (Inlet line to separator, separator and outlet valves, surge tank and outlet valves and vents). This
is volume of N2 required to reduce O2 content.

Shutdown for maintenance - From 6-inch DBB (inlet line) to Separator and its outlet valves. A max pressure of 50 psig
(Separator operating pressure) was used to calculate the volume of N2. 2 cycles were considered to remove liquid legs.

Blanketing after Shutdown for maintenance. Maintain 5 psig N2 blanket.

Normal startup - For the purpose of the calculation, the entire inlet line to separator was used to calculate the volume, A
max pressure of 50 psig (Separator operating pressure) was used to calculate the volume of N2.
