As set out by the in Material Requisition (MR), the deviations listed in the present form are the sole and only amendments to the relevant MR (or referred applicable
documents) requested by the potential SUPPLIER for inclusion, if accepted by CONTRACTOR, in the Purchase Order.
With the exception of the points listed here below and explicitly accepted by CONTRACTOR, SUPPLIER guarantees the full compliance of its proposal and WORK under
the PO to the Material Requisition inclusive of all references.

No deviation to COMPANY specifications or any other COMPANY document or requirement, explicit or implicit, shall be considered accepted and have any effect to
terms of PO unless supported by formal and project specific waiver by the COMPANY.
