“A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE POSITION OF WEVINA LOPEZ CORVERA-

FORMER BARANGAY SECRETARY OF BARANGAY MAMBALILI BE DECLARED AS
“VACANT” AND SUBJECT FOR REPLACEMENT AND OTHER PURPOSES”

WHEREAS, Wevina L. Corvera has filed her voluntary resignation as Barangay Secretary of
Barangay Mambalili, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur for a greener pasture;

WHEREAS, Section 395 of the Local Government Code dictates that the Punong Barangay
has the power to appoint the Barangay Secretary with the concurrence of the majority of all
the Sangguniang Barangay Members;

NOW THEREFORE, upon presentation of the above premises, be it,

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that in consideration for the motion of Hon. Lilios P.
Barrios and duly seconded by Hon. Marivel O. Ayala, to pass a A RESOLUTION
DECLARING THE POSITION OF WEVINA L. CORVERA-FORMER BARANGAY
SECRETARY OF BARANGAY MAMBALILI BE DECLARED AS “VACANT” AND
SUBJECT FOR REPLACEMENT AND OTHER PURPOSES;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to provide available copies of this resolution and furnish concerned
government agencies for information and referral.

Adopted this 03rd day of January 2023 during its Regular Session of the Barangay Council
being assembled at Barangay Session Hall at 9:00 in the morning.
