Hello Music Administrator Colleagues:

I hope you all had a relaxing and reenergizing summer. The NJMAA Executive Board is looking forward to another rewarding
year of coming together to share resources and ideas to support our teachers, administrations, and communities in providing the
highest quality music education for all students in New Jersey.

The NJMAA Executive Board has developed meeting topics that we believe will be both relevant and informative and will also
continue implementing a hybrid schedule to meet the needs of our members.

One of NJMAA’s strengths is its diverse membership. We welcome both veteran and new music administrators as well as
support individuals with backgrounds in all instructional areas. Our goal is to help you effectively meet the ever-changing
challenges of music and arts education. As a new opportunity for our membership this year, we worked together with
AANJ to provide a discounted combined membership (NJMAA & AANJ) as well as a couple joint meetings
acknowledging that many of our members oversee both visual and performing arts. Please go to our website, NJMAA.org,
to fill out this year’s membership form and view our brochure.

Thank you all for all you do for your students, your district and community, and music education as a whole! We look
forward to seeing you at our first meeting on October 6th and throughout the 2023-2024 school year.

Sincerely,

Patricia Rowe
NJMAA President
