Player Sign Up Contract for eGames.

This Player Sign Up Contract for eGames is between Gamers Vault and Abdulrazak Juma AKA
AJMILITO . The Team and the Player may be referred to individually as a "Party" or collectively as the
"Parties". This Contract shall be effective as of the date of signing by both Parties.

Term and Termination. This Contract shall remain in force for a period of one (1) year from the
Effective Date, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement of the Parties or as set forth below.
Should the Player want to terminate the contract before its completion, the release clause is set at
50% of the entire contract (KSH 72000/-). Should Gamers Vault want to terminate the contract we'll
pay the player 50% of the remaining contract time.

Gamers Vaults Obligations. Gamers Vault agrees to provide the Player with the following benefits
and support:

- Monthly salary of KSH 12000

- Unlimited access to training facilities, equipment, coaching, and other resources during the week
leading to any tournaments or competitions that the Team participates in.

- Registration fees for any tournaments or competitions that the Team participates in, subject to
Gamers Vault approval and budget.

- Promotion and exposure of the Player's personal brand and image through Gamers Vault website,
social media, merchandise, and other channels.

- One Time KSH 5000/- signing on bonus

Player's Obligations. The Player agrees to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

- Play for Gamers Vault as a professional eSport player in any tournaments or competitions that
Gamers Vault enters and abide by the rules and regulations of such events.

- Wear Gamers Vault uniform, logo, and sponsors' logos during official events, competitions, and
selected public appearances.

- Represent Gamers Vault in a positive and professional manner, and refrain from any actions or
statements that may harm or discredit Gamers Vault, its sponsors, or the eSport industry.

 Grant Gamers Vault an exclusive right to use the Player's name, likeness, image, voice, and
other personal attributes for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes related to
Gamers Vault and its sponsors.

 Notify Gamers Vault of any offers or invitations from other teams or organizations, and
Gamers Vaults consent before accepting or entering into any agreements with them.

 Gamers Vault retains the rights of first refusal. Should an offer from another team come in,
Gamers Vault is to be notified and given the chance to either match or better the said offer
should they choose to do so.
Tournament price money agreement

 Gamers vault is entitled to 50% of winnings in Tournaments

 The player agrees that part of the prize money won goes to the team.

Confidentiality. The Player agrees to keep confidential any information that is disclosed by Gamers
Vault or its sponsors, or that is obtained by the Player in relation to this Contract, including but not
limited to trade secrets, business plans, strategies, financial data, contracts, personnel matters, and
other proprietary information. The Player shall not disclose such information to any third party
without the prior written consent of Gamers Vault. This obligation shall survive the termination of
this Contract.

Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contract shall be resolved by good
faith negotiation between the Parties. If such negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, then either
Party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Government of Kenya.
