Steps/requirements for BPI personal account opening.

1.) Employee may proceed to any BPI branch

2.) Employee needs to bring the following:
a.) Endorsement Letter (attached)
b.) Valid ID (1 Primary or 2 Secondary)
PRIMARY IDs
b.1) PRC
b.2) Passport
b.3) UMID
b.4) Driver’s License
SECONDARY IDs
b.5) NBI
b.6) Police Clearance
b.7) Pag-Ibig
b.8) Philhealth
b.9) TIN ID
b.10) Voter’s ID
b.11) Postal ID
c.) Proof of billing (electric, water, phone – can be under different name as
long as same address as IDs)
d.) 1x1 Picture (x2)

3.) Employee Submits the documents and fills out the bank forms.

4.) Employee will be able to get the account number same day and can apply for
Online account (to monitor pay, and transfer to other banks, Gcash, etc. as deemed
necessary)

ATM card will be released in 2-3 weeks, for personal pick-up
