In line with the English, Math, and Araling Panlipunan subjects, the students are tasked to conduct research entitled
“Impacts of Filipino Enhancement towards the Academic Performance of the Selected Junior High School Students
of St. Mary’s Academy of Palo, Inc.” as their final output for 4th grading. With this, we, the 2nd group of Junior High
School Students from Grade 10 Generosity, would like to ask permission to allow us to ask for data of every student
that are participants in the Filipino Enhancement Program.
We would like to ask for the data about the performance of the selected students who are participating in the program
on April 30, 2023. Any information disclosed will be treated for research purposes only and will be dealt with out-most
confidentiality. The names of the respondents will not appear in any publication done by this study unless agreed to.
