    *Note:

    1. Each group must prepare a set of questionnaire that is intended for a quiz that will be
    administered after the performance;
    2. Each member of the group are expected to rate their members for peer evaluation; and
    3. Points will be divided into two─ that is, (1) coming from the peer evaluation and (2) the
    other is coming from the instructor.
