1. Go to www.ericsson.com webpage

2. and click on SIGN IN hyperlink

3. You will be redirected to Sign in screen.
4. Fill in your email address and click NEXT

5. You will be taken to Ericsson Enterprise sign-in page you need to fill in the account password and
click SIGN IN

6. You should have access to the My Ericsson portal. Select Hardware Services Connect from your
application list.

7. For security reason you will be asked to provide strong authentication passcode as additional
authentication. You need to be enrolled to Microsoft Authenticator application to get the strong
authentication passcode.

Here you can find how to enroll for strong


authentication application.

NOTE: Any issue with strong authentication should be addressed via Extranet Support

8. To receive the strong authentication passcode, open your Microsoft Authenticator application and
type in the received code and press VERIFY.

NOTE: The passcode has a limited validity period, you are required to enter the passcode while it is still

At any step of authentication process, All customers, partners and other external parties can
contact Extranet Support
Support is available Monday-Sunday, 24 hours/day.
Select the required section available on the site and follow the steps to submit your incident ticket . You
may also call Extranet Support Team:

2. You will be redirected to Sign in screen.

1. Go to the Apple store or Google store and download the application “Network Services Connect”

2. Follow the installation instruction as your mobile device set up advices.

3. When the installation is complete, open the Network Services Connect application on your mobile
device and click on Sign In

NOTE: any issue with the sign in procedure can be addressed by using the hyperlinks on the screen

9. At the next step, please confirm signing in to HWS Connect by pressing CONTINUE

At the first login to HWS Connect mobile application, you will be asked to create
your unique PIN code to access the application while it is offline (no internet).
Please remember it as it will be required for login procedure for offline login.

Type in your PIN,


press SAVE

IMPORTANT

Please remember your PIN for future offline login.


If you forgot your PIN, please re-install the
application.
