Vendor/Service provider Contracts Point

1. Fixfellows partnership firm will not be responsible for any of the misconduct or non-
parliamentary act by the service man.
2. Fixfellows partnership firm agree to share the bill amount on mutually agreed
percentage between partnership firm and vendor/service providers i.e _____ % to
________ %.
3. We can terminate the service or contract with the service man at any point with a notice
period of 2 days.
4. The personal information or documents furnished by the vendor /service man should be
correct, if any forged or fake documents are found the contract will be terminated
immediately.
5. The contract with vendors/service man is based on commission over the bill amount
agreed between fixfellows partnership firm and vendor/service provider,fixfellows
partnership is accountable for paying any fixed salary to them.
6. If any contract is terminated within the period of three months, then the service man or
vendors need to return the ids, and the material or equipment’s provided to them.
7. Service man or vendor can terminate their contract with the partnership firm at any
time they want, but they need to provide an advance 7 days notification.
8. Fixfellows partnership firm is not liable for any injuries, accidents that may happen to
service man during the service period , prevention or precaution should be taken by the
service man itself.
9. Customer information provided by Fixfellows should not be misused by any service man
or vendor, if found they will be terminated from the contract and strict action will be
taken against them.
10. Vendors will be responsible for the payment to the serviceman, if the serviceman is tied
to them.
