of the unit which has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, accident, improper handling by any agency not authorised
by Vincitepro.
5) Further this warranty shall cease to be operative in the event of the unit having been tampered with, serviced or
repaired by any agency not authorised by Vincitepro Solutions Pvt Ltd.
6) Interest at 18% P.A will be applicable for any delay in the payment beyond 15 days from the date of invoice.
7)Jurisdiction for all claim/ dispute : Bangalore India
8)No warranty on proximity cards , PSU cards, power of supply Burnt, Exit Readers, Locks, Cables, PVC TEAMS, Batteries
and Physical Damage.
9)No warranty on software & serviced/ Repairs spare parts
