1 INTRODUCTION

Dear Student

This tutorial letter will allow you to make the necessary arrangements to attend MS Teams
conferences during 2023.

2 MS TEAMS CONFERENCES FOR 2023

Discussion through Ms teams conferences give you the opportunity to interact with your
lecturers and to discuss study related issues. They help you to solve academic challenges,
clarify areas of uncertainty and revise theoretical principles of importance to Health Services
Management. It is an important contact session as it will also help you with preparations for the
examinations.

The Ms teams conferences will be conducted at different times at home during the dates shown
below.

Students can decide to be able to follow and participate via Ms teams conferencing facility at
specific regional centres or home as indicated in the programme below.

The physical addresses for the different venues (If needed) where students should attend
are indicated below the programme with the dates.

3 BOOKING PROCEDURE FOR MS TEAMS CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE

Please indicate which conference you would like to attend on the booking form (Annexure A
and/or B) and return this/these booking form(s) to the Department of Health Studies at least
four weeks before the date you wish to attend.

NB!! Please check the venue grouping before making a booking as the venues will only
be open as per grouping if you decide to use the venue.
