1. Delivery of goods to be made before __15-Jul-2023__date.

2. Specified Type of Wood / Iron Material should be used.
3. Any type of rejection will be the responsibility of the manufacturer.
4. 5% will be deducted for any supply after mentioned delivery date. Additional 2% will be deducted for supply done a week
after mentioned delivery date.
5. If any deficiency or repair is found in the supplied goods then a concerned person from supplier has to be sent for repairing
and if the factory gets the repair done by itself, then the expenses will be deducted from the invoice of the supplier
6. Payment will be made in 30 - 35 days after the goods are fully checked.
7. Attach the copy of this PO with the bill. Bill given without a copy will not be accepted.
8. The jurisdiction of all the disputes will be Jodhpur only.
9. I agree to all the above conditions.
10. No Taxi or Consignment will be accepted after 6 pm for the day.

Remarks
1. The dia of each marble should be as per required size.
2. The thickness of marble will be 15MM for Marine Black and for Shawer Marble it will be 20MM.
3. No chipping and filling on the marble edges not acceptable.
4. Any waviness on the marble top is not acceptable.
5. Need black finish on the edges of black marble.
6. Edges of marble should not sharp.
7. Scratches on the marble top not acceptable.
8. Quartz on the marble top not acceptable.
9. Any cracks on the marble not acceptable.
10.All the marble tops should be straight after putting on the base. We will check with the leveller.
11.No filling will be accepted, no crack / joints will be accepeted
