PETITION

COMES NOW, the above-named petitioner, unto the Office of the Register of Deeds of
Zamboanga City, respectfully alleges:

1. That Petitioner is the co-owner of that parcel of land described in the Transfer
Certificate of Title no. 129-2012000053 situated in Lunzuran, Zamboanga City by
virtue of a Deed of Sale of a portion of the registered land executed by Bonifacio F.
Pilanga and herein petitioner;

2. That the portion thereof particularly Lot 2021-A-3-A mentioned in the Deed of Sale
now owned by the herein petitioner with a total area of FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY
(460) SQUARE METERS, more particularly described in the attached Technical
Description which forms as an integral part;

3. That considering that the petitioner is now the owner of the portion of land , I
hereby request the partition and splitting of the Transfer Certificate of Title no. 129-
2012000053 in the following manner; to wit:

EUNICE GRACE ROMO HIOLEN LOT 2021-A-3-A 460 square meters

BONIFACIO PILANGGA LOT 2021-A-3-B 433 square meters

4. That partition/splitting is sought herein, for the common benefit of the petitioner, to
preserve and secure their respective interest and rights in the property;
 WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Commission that the
herein petition be given due course and a Transfer Certificate of Title be issued in favor of the
petitioner.
