PETITION

COMES NOW, the Petitioner of the above entitled case to the Regional Technical Director for Lands, DENR,
Region IX, Pagadian City and the Registry of Deeds for the City of Zamboanga, hereby respectfully states:
That the Petitioner is of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence and postal address at Divisoria, Zamboanga
City;
That the Petitioner is the registered owner in fee simple of that certain parcel of land, which is more particularly
known and identified as Lot 2180-C-2, PSD-157549 situated at Divisoria, City of Zamboanga as described in
and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-103,606 of the Registry of Deeds for the City of Zamboanga
City;
That the Petitioner have caused the above-described parcel of land to be subdivided into Nine (9) resultant
sub-lots without any intent to offer the same to the public for sale other than to split the title and be registered
in my name.
WHEREFORE, invoking the provisions of Section 44 of Act 496, as amended by R.A. 440 and Sections 50 and
51 of PD 1529, the Petitioner prays that the herein subdivision plan and the corresponding technical
description be duly approved and issued for purposes of registration.
