OUR STORY AND PURPOSE OF TRAVEL:

In May 2015 we got married, and on the other hand, my wife wanted to study in canada to gain more
knowledge and exposure to this field. She applied and got admission to financial technology programe
from Conestoga college and was also granted a study permit. At present, I want to join my wife in canada
to assist her with her studies and daily chores. Morever to stay apart please is heartbreaking and
challenging for us. We wish to stay together for the time being. Also we have small son who is just 7 years
old and he also need his mother in his growing period. We really miss living as a family together. Also my
wife is not able to give her complete focus on her studied as she misses her son and me, Therefore we
want you to grant us the visa so that we can be with her and help her to achieve her destination.

In India, we have a culture of arranged marriage where parents find a suitable match for their children.
Amar and I also got married in the same way. However, our parents are understanding, and they let us
decide for ourselves. Our first ceremony, Roka Ceremony, formalizes the relationship between two
families was organized. It is one of the most significant pre-wedding ceremonies where we both give our
consent to get married to each other. There had been various functions and rituals before our marriage
like Haldi and Engagement (Sagai) ceremony where we both exchanged our marriage rings was also
organized. Our marriage was held on 3 may 2015. After marriage, we had plans to go on an international
honeymoon trip to Europe. But due to travel restrictions we could not travel.

After completing 4 years of work experience in Account book keeper in Green heritage school India, Amar
wanted to do post-graduation diploma from Canada to gain quality knowledge in her field of study. We
both discussed this and as an understanding partner, we agreed Amar will go for her study in Canada. We
believe that it is essential to live together to strengthen our bond. Therefore, when we have a legal
provision to stay together in Canada, we would like to avail the same.
At present, and in the meantime, I want to join my wife in Canada as we have never lived separately since
we got married, and this is being a challenging time for us.

FINANCIAL STABILITY & DETAILS:

I am aware that going to a new country, even for a brief period, will incur additional expenses. As a matter
of fact, I have sufficient funds with me and in my parents' account, but I will be doing some part-time jobs
to supplement our expenses. Also, when my wife is gone for her classes, I will have nothing to do, and
hence it would be the most productive use of my time. I would like to assure you that I don't have any
personal ties in Canada, and I do not wish to extend my stay. I will be going back to India to find a job in
my area of expertise. Further, our parents are in India, and we have responsibilities to fulfill towards
them, and we will be living close to them. We have enough funds to live in Canada even after submitting
my wife's tuition fee, and I am providing all the documents to validate our financial stability.

To support my living expenses during my stay in Canada, I maintained funds through my own savings &
fixed deposits. In total, we have INR 1500000 to support my living in Canada.

RETURN PLAN:

Once Amar’s academic is completed, I will be returning to India. Amar, too, intends to return to her home
country with an impressive skill set required in the business sector. In the future, both of us will start a
well-settled life in India in our respective domains. We are involved with the most in-demand sectors of
India, and hence, we are confident that we will get a good start to our professional life.

Besides this, we both have responsibilities to take care of our parents and in-laws in their old age. We are
very close to our families. During the COVID-19 pandemic's tough time, Amar and I stayed close to our
families and cared for our parents. My parents have a property in India, which we must take care of later
in our lives. Therefore, we prefer to settle down and engage in our career development in India.

I am providing the following documents along with my application to validate the above statements

✔ Property papers of house numer 1210, sector 17 huda, panipat

✔ Property papers of 528 JEET RAM Nagar-3 ward 013, panipat

I would also like to assure you that I am visiting Canada to stay with my wife spending some months with
my wife. We have no intention to break any laws in Canada and intend to leave and return to our home
country at the end of our legally authorized stay.

CONCLUSION:

We have been in a married relationship for more than eight years, and we have always been together
since then. With two different time zones, the long-distance marriage is getting emotionally challenging
for us, and we are missing our companionship a lot. Amar is also feeling alone in Canada, and it has
become essential for us to be together to have quality relationship time. This would help her to
maintain a life balance. As a family, we have been through the phase of maintaining a long-distance
relationship, which has been extremely difficult for us. We wish to change this and live together in a
happy, satisfying and healthy relationship.

I completely understand my responsibilities as a visitor, and I will follow all the Canadian Government's
travel rules. I am aware of my responsibility to self-quarantine and maintain social distancing upon arrival.
I am a law-abiding individual and have always maintained good conduct, and I will continue to do the
same in the future. There has been no complaint against me so far in any regard. I'll abide by all the rules
and regulations of Canada. I assure you that I will have good and responsible conduct during my stay in
Canada.

Therefore, I would like to accompany my wife to keep my family unified. I want to support my wife in
every possible way so that she can efficiently focus on her studies.

I hope that you will find all my documents in proper order and request you to process my visa application
as soon as possible. I have provided all the necessary details regarding my intent to stay with my spouse
in Canada. Still, if you have any further questions, I will provide any additional information required to
evaluate my application.
