As the Behavior Specialist at Bonneville Elementary, I began working with Ms.

Sandralee Rodriguez Nieves in 2021 when she began working in our Kindergarten-1st grade self-
contained Autism classroom. This year, for 2022-2023, she has moved into the role of an ESE
program assistant and has been a true asset to the school. To our self-contained students and to
our students who push out into the mainstream classrooms with her, working with Ms. Rodriguez
Nieves is their favorite part of the day.

Ms. Rodriguez Nieves has the responsibility in her role at Bonneville Elementary
collecting and entering data into systems such as Google forms/spreadsheets the school utilizes
for graphing and data collection. She is one of two Program Assistants responsible for ensuring
that data collection is accurate in each of our 6 self-contained classrooms and that paperwork is
prepared and documents ready for teachers and paraprofessionals. Ms. Rodriguez Nieves is
extremely professional and knowledgeable about the data that is collected daily, as well as
comfortable providing adult learners with training and assistance when they need it regarding a
variety of topics such as data collection, scheduling and behavior modification. She is able to
work with students with disabilities ranging from high-needs to lower-needs, can manage
individualized student Behavior intervention plans and follow a routine of a classroom and fill in
for employee absences whenever needed.

Ms. Rodriguez Nieves is prompt and professional in her attendance and attire, she loves
participating with student dress up days, and takes pride in school spirit weeks. She is able to
have fun with the students while maintaining appropriate student ratios and supervision for their
safety. She is certified in crisis intervention response and is dependable when there is a crisis on
campus. She is able to jump into a situation with little to no prompting and can fill in where ever
she is needed. Bonneville Elementary’s hallways have been decorated and bulletin boards
colorful due to her talented art skills and creative efforts. Ms. Rodriguez Nieves truly is an
important and valuable team member at Bonneville Elementary and will make a true difference
in the lives of any and all students she is able to work with in the future.

Signed,
