Introduction: To provide an understanding of basic concepts, theories and techniques in the


field of human behavior at the individual, group and organizational levels

Intended Learning Outcomes/ Course Outcomes:


The students would be able to:
 Understand various individual, group and organisational level variables affecting
organisational behaviour
 Explain the individual behaviour in organisational context based on various
theoretical explanations.
 Analyse the cases and apply the organisational behaviour concepts to derive
solutions to case problems.
 Administer psychometric tests to measure various attributes of individuals and
counsel in organisational context.
